Cranberry Sauce
Cranberry sauce is a must-have with a classic Christmas meal. This simple version with orange is fresh, festive, and quick to prepare.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 340 grams cranberries
- 150 grams sugar
- 100 ml water
- 400 ml orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
Preparation
- Wash the cranberries if necessary.
- Zest an orange until you have 1 tablespoon.
- Make sure all ingredients are ready and measured.
Instructions
- Put the cranberries, sugar, water, orange juice and orange zest in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat once boiling, and let it simmer for 10 to 12 minutes until the cranberries burst open.
- Stir well so all the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens.
- Let the sauce cool completely. Cover once cooled.
- Serve at room temperature.
