Vegetables and fruits
Fresh fruit and vegetables are a delight to the eye and a treat for the taste buds. On top of that, everyone knows theyβre also good for your health. The list of available products is virtually endless.
The classification of fruit and vegetables can sometimes be confusing. Fruit refers to the sweet and fleshy products that grow from the flower of a plant. Vegetables are edible parts of plants, such as roots, stems, leaves and buds. So, by this definition, a tomato is a fruit, not a vegetable. Science is science, but the most important thing is to make something delicious with it.
