Greek Cuisine

The Mediterranean cuisine of Greece is pure and uncomplicated. Its olives and olive oil are among the best in the world. Greek cuisine is influenced by neighbouring countries, as well as by French and Italian traditions.

Of course, fish features on the menu of this island nation, but it is considered a luxury product. Surprisingly, many dishes are made with rabbit, lamb, and pork, which are much more affordable – yet certainly no less delicious!
