
Strawberry Sauce
Strawberries are delicious, but sometimes you just have too many. A great solution is to make a tasty strawberry sauce.

Ingredients:
- 500 grams strawberries
- 70 grams granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method:
- Clean the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them in half.
- Place the strawberries in a saucepan with the sugar and lemon juice, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once it starts bubbling, reduce the heat to low. Let the strawberries soften gently for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- The sauce will be thick with chunky pieces of strawberry. You can use it like this, or blend it smooth or strain it through a sieve.
