Chinese cuisine is incredibly diverse, shaped by its many regions, ethnic groups, and centuries of culinary tradition. Many Chinese dishes are easy to make at home. Most of the required spices are readily available in supermarkets, and for more specific ingredients, the Asian grocery store (toko) is a great resource.
