
Grilled peach with goat’s cheese & walnuts
A summery dish that is perfect for a garden dinner or as a luxurious starter at a BBQ. The soft, warm peach pairs wonderfully with creamy goat cheese, crunchy walnuts, and a touch of honey.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 4 flat peaches
- 100 g soft goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 50 g walnuts
- a dash of olive oil
- fresh thyme
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Take the goat cheese out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature.
- Halve the peaches and remove the pit.
- Preheat the grill pan or BBQ.
- Roughly chop the walnuts and briefly toast them in a dry pan.
Cooking
- Brush the cut sides of the peaches with a bit of olive oil.
- Grill the peaches cut-side down for 2–3 minutes until they have grill marks and become soft.
- Place a bit of goat cheese on each peach half and sprinkle with walnuts.
- Drizzle with honey and season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme.
- Serve warm.
