Yoghurt dill dressing

A light, summery dressing that pairs perfectly with fish, cucumber, or fresh salads. Ready in just a few minutes!

Yield: approx. 120 ml dressing
Preparation time: 5 min

Ingredients

  • 100 ml full-fat yoghurt
  • A few sprigs of dill
  • 1 lemon
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the dill.
  2. Squeeze the lemon.

Method

  1. Place the yoghurt in a bowl and mix with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and the dill.
  2. Add a pinch of sugar to balance the flavour.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately or store covered in the fridge until use.
