Ingredients
- 100 ml full-fat yoghurt
- A few sprigs of dill
- 1 lemon
- Pinch of sugar
- Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Finely chop the dill.
- Squeeze the lemon.
Method
- Place the yoghurt in a bowl and mix with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and the dill.
- Add a pinch of sugar to balance the flavour.
- Season with salt and pepper.
