Mint Sauce
This fresh mint sauce is easy to make and pairs perfectly with fish, pork, and lamb. It also goes wonderfully with warm or cold white rice.

Ingredients
- 25 grams fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 25 ml white wine vinegar
Preparation
- Wash the mint leaves and pat them dry.
- Chop the mint leaves very finely.
Instructions
- Put the white wine vinegar and sugar in a small saucepan and heat over low heat.
- Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and turn off the heat as soon as the vinegar starts to boil.
- Add the finely chopped mint and let the sauce steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
