
Lovage Butter
This lovage butter has a deep, savoury flavour reminiscent of Maggi seasoning. Perfect with potato dishes, grilled vegetables, or spread on a piece of warm bread.

Ingredients
- 125 grams unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lovage, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
- Allow the butter to soften at room temperature.
- Finely chop the lovage.
Method
- Stir the lovage, mustard, and lemon juice into the softened butter.
- Season with salt and white pepper.
- Serve immediately or shape into a roll using baking paper and store in the fridge.
