Indian cuisine
Indian cuisine is rich, aromatic and wonderfully varied. Herbs and spices play a central role, but always in combination with pure ingredients such as rice, pulses, vegetables, yoghurt, bread, meat or fish. From creamy curries and fragrant rice dishes to dal, chutneys and tandoori dishes, India has an enormous culinary tradition with strong regional differences.
At Goed en Lekker, we collect Indian recipes that are easy to prepare at home, with clear steps and accessible ingredients. Think of simple side dishes such as jeera rice, spiced lentil dishes, aromatic curries and fresh chutneys: dishes in which spices are carefully layered and flavour comes first.
