
Berry Smoothie
This mixed berry smoothie is quick to make, super healthy, and wonderfully refreshing. Perfect for breakfast, after a workout, or as a healthy snack.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 150 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 ml yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Place the berries, banana, yoghurt, and honey in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally garnish with a few extra berries.
