Berry Smoothie

This mixed berry smoothie is quick to make, super healthy, and wonderfully refreshing. Perfect for breakfast, after a workout, or as a healthy snack.

Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 150 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 150 ml yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Place the berries, banana, yoghurt, and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally garnish with a few extra berries.
