
Radish salad with apple & yoghurt
This fresh and crunchy salad combines the spicy flavour of radish with sweet apple and creamy yoghurt. Perfect as a side dish or light lunch.

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 150 grams radish
- 1 green apple
- Fresh chives
- 150 ml Greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Grate the radish and the apple finely.
- Chop the chives finely.
Method
- Mix the grated radish and apple in a bowl.
- Whisk together the yoghurt, lemon juice, and honey, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the dressing to the radish and apple and mix well.
- Sprinkle with fresh chives and serve immediately.
